German Bundestag International Parliamentary Scholarship
The International Parliamentary Scholarship at the German Bundestag gives young professionals the opportunity to experience how the German Parliament works over the course of five months, with three of these spent working in a Member's office. The programme runs each year from March 1 to July 31. The scholarship includes a monthly payment of 500 euros, free accommodation, and health, accident and liability insurance. It also covers the cost of travel to and from Berlin. Must have a University degree, very good knowledge of the German language, and be under 30 years old at the start of the scholarship.

EHLS Scholarship Program for Native Speakers of Critical Languages
Native speakers of critical languages are in high demand in the US government. EHLS trains candidates to be effective communicators and strong candidates for federal jobs. All EHLS participants receive a full scholarship from the National Security Education Program that includes tuition and a living stipend. Applicants must be US Citizens who are a native speaker of Arabic, Azerbaijani, Balochi, Bambara, Dari, Hausa, Hindi, Kazakh, Korean, Kurdish, Kyrgyz, Mandarin Chinese, Pashto, Persian Farsi, Punjabi, Russian, Somali, Tajik, Tamashek, Thai, Turkish, Urdu, Uzbek, or Vietnamese with English language skills at level 2 or higher on the ILR scale. Recipients must agree to fulfill a one-year service commitment with the U.S. government.

Call for Papers: Bobby R. Inman Award for Student Scholarship
The Inman Award competition is designed to recognize outstanding research and writing by students at the undergraduate or graduate levels on topics related to intelligence and national security. There is no prescribed topic, format, or length for papers submitted. The Inman Award and a $5,000 prize will be presented to the author of the winning paper. Two papers will be recognized as Inman Award semifinalists and $2,500 will be awarded to the author of each.

CSCE Paid Fellowships
The Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe seeks candidates for its Max Kampelman Fellowship. The program is open to undergraduates, recent graduates, and graduate students with previous internship experience. Fellows work in political and military affairs, economic and environmental matters, or respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. Fellowships last from three to four months with a minimum of three days per week. Fellows are paid hourly and offered ongoing enrichment, professional development, and networking opportunities facilitated by senior commission staff. Open to US citizens, permanent residents, people admitted as a refugee/granted asylum, others who owe allegiance to the US.
