The Federal Pathways Programs are uniquely suited to help students and recent graduates find their way into meaningful public service careers. Would you like to advise your students and alumni on the benefits of these innovative Federal programs? Join a representative of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management to learn specifics on the Federal Pathways Programs for students and recent graduates. By the end of this session, you will understand the three Pathways Programs, i.e., the Internship Program, Recent Graduates Program, and Presidential Management Fellows Program; know eligibility requirements for each Program, what is the same, and what distinguishes the Programs from one another; and learn how your students and alumni can find and apply for positions under each of the Pathways Programs.
