Paid Internship in Social Media and Communications, Global Food Security Program

The Center for Strategic and International Studies seeks a full-time Communications and Social Media Intern in DC to provide administrative, strategic communications, and social media support to its Global Food Security Program. Must have at least a 3.3 GPA from an accredited U.S. institution or equivalent from a non-U.S. institution. Must be available to work five days a week, Monday through Friday, for a total of 35 hours, from January to June 2022.

Cybersecurity Talent Initiative

The Cybersecurity Talent Initiative is a public-private partnership aimed at recruiting and training a world-class cybersecurity workforce to federal agencies.  The program is a selective opportunity for students in cybersecurity-related fields to gain vital public and private sector work experience and even receive up to $75,000, inclusive of tax, in student loan assistance.  Participants selected for the program will be guaranteed a two-year placement at a federal agency with cybersecurity needs.  Students in undergraduate degree programs in a cybersecurity-related field, such as computer science, engineering, information systems, and mathematics are ideal candidates for this program.

Public Policy and International Affairs Junior Summer Institute Fellowship

The Junior Summer Institute Fellowship is a rigorous academic graduate level preparation program for undergraduate juniors committed to public service careers. Now hosted at six sites across the US, this fully-funded opportunity equips fellows with the knowledge and skills they will need to succeed in graduate school and ultimately, in influential roles serving the public good, including with government, nonprofits, public policy institutions, and international organizations. The purpose of the JSI Fellowship is to prepare students to obtain a Master’s or joint degree, in international affairs, public policy, public administration, or a related field.
